The Firm’s Litigation Department is jointly lead by Adela de la Peña and Cristina Durán Delgado, and is specialised on tax, civil and commercial litigation matters.

Regarding tax litigation matters, the Firm has extensive experience representing our clients on all kind of tax-related procedures and matters, including (without limitation, on Economic-administrative actions and on Contentious-Administrative procedures).

In the civil and commercial litigation area, the Firm provides advice to both individuals and national and international companies in civil and commercial litigation matters, defending their interests at the pre-litigation stage and in judicial proceedings before Spanish courts.
