Isabel is a senior associate at De la Peña & Bethencourt in the Corporate and Finance Department, led by Juan Manuel Bethencourt.

She has over 6 years of experience advising national and international clients in corporate law and commercial contracting (“contratación comercial”), especially, leading companies in the sports and technology sector, as well as sports entities (associations, sports federations, clubs, etc.) and professional sportsmen.

Before joining the firm, Isabel worked for more than 3 years at Toda & Nel-lo and, at the beginning of her career, she also worked at Ayuela Jiménez and Roca Junyet.

Isabel holds a Law Degree at Universidad Complutense of Madrid and Double Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession (“Master de Acceso a la Profesión de Abogado”) and Corporate legal Consultancy at IE Business School.

In addition, she has postgraduate studies through various courses such as the Specialization Course in Sport Law at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF), mentoring program at the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA Mujeres) and the executive program sports management made through FIFA/CIES together with the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
